How do I order online?
Our website incorporates an on-line catalogue which we hope will enable you to navigate around our on-line store and to quickly locate any specific products you are interested in with ease. There is also a search facility on every page of the site which may be used to locate products. To begin shopping place your mouse over one of the main menu gender buttons and you will be presented with a series of drop down menus displaying main and sub-category selections enabling you to navigate directly to your area of interest. Within the main or sub-category selected you will be presented with a listing of products and thumbnail images of products available within your chosen category. Clicking on a product thumbnail will take you to the main product description screen where you will find detailed product information including a link to a sizing chart. From here you may "Add" any product to your shopping basket. Upon adding a product to your shopping basket you will be presented with an updated list of that and any other items within your shopping basket and will be presented with buttons enabling you to Empty your Basket, Update your Basket, Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout. Once you have finished shopping and have clicked on the "Checkout" option, you will be taken to a log-in screen. If you are an existing customer you will need to enter your e-mail address and password. If you are a new customer you will be taken to an account information screen where you will be required to enter personal data including your name, address and shipping information. Upon completion you will be taken to a personal information screen where you will be able to check your personal information and enter payment information. If paying by credit or debit card please enter details here. If paying by cheque please select this option . Upon completion, and to confirm your order, click on the "Process Order" button. This will present you with a printable invoice for your records. You will also be sent a personalized e-mail with your order details, confirmation and an order reference number.

What Payment methods do you accept?
Payment may be made via our website using Visa Debit, Visa Credit,  Delta or Mastercard Paypal. Your card will only be charged upon shipment of your order. Payment may also be made by cheque payable to Direct Offers Ltd and mailed to our contact address as indicated. Please allow an extra 5- 7 business days to process your order if paying by cheque as goods are only despatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. Our website is hosted on a secure server. Sensitive customer data, including your credit card details, is encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) with 128 bit and RC4 encryption to ensure full security of the purchasing and payment process. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. We accept cheques (which should be made payable to Direct Offers Ltd) drawn on any UK Bank. Please note we will only ship your order once your cheque has been cleared. This normally takes 5-7 business days from receipt of your cheque.

How long will it take to deliver my goods?
Under normal circumstances your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. The majority of goods are sent using a tracked Home Delivery Service or  Royal Mail First Class Post and will arrive within 2-4 working days of despatch. Certain items die to wieght and size may be sent by couriers. If you need your order urgently, an express shipping option is available which guarantees next working day delivery when you order - orders must be received by 1PM to guarantee despatch the same day. Please note that orders received after 1PM on Fridays will not be despatched until the following Monday. If for any reason the goods you order are not in stock you will be contacted within 24 hours and advised of the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable to you, or a suitable substitute cannot be agreed, you may cancel your order.

What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 which covers postage, packaging and insurance. This applies to all orders where delivery is within the UK and where our Standard Delivery service is used. Orders to European countries are subject to a flat charge of £10.00 per order, with the exception of certain items which require a custom shipping quote. Please contact customer services for special shipping arrangements or where delivery is outside the UK or Europe.

What is your returns policy?
We operate a NO QUIBBLE returns policy. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered for any reason simply return these to us for a replacement or full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations that enable you to cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days after delivery of your goods. Please note returned goods must be unused and with the original packaging. We will additionally reimburse any return postage costs up to the value of £ 3.95 if the goods delivered to you are damaged, faulty or not exactly what you ordered. If the cost of returnign the goods to is more than £ 3.95 please call us for approval before returning.

What taxes are payable?
Unless otherwise stated all products are shown inclusive of UK Value Added Tax at 20%. Children's clothing is generally zero rated for UK V.A.T. Shipments outside the UK and the EU may be made without UK V.A.T but may be subject to import duties or local taxes in the destination country which are the responsibility of the customer. If uncertain customers are encouraged to check before ordering.

What are your working hours?
Our website is available for ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office and telephone lines are manned from 9.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to respond to any queries within 24 hours.

Can I buy Sun-Togs in a shop?
Although we do supply an increasing range of retail stores, health clubs and schools with UV clothing, we do not supply any of the main high street retailers, so it is unlikely that you will be able to find Sun-Togs in your local shops.

Our Price Promise
If you purchase any product from us and, within 15 days, find the same product available elsewhere online at a lower price we will fully refund the difference. All that we ask is that you send us your receipt from us showing date of purchase along with details of the online store where you can get a better price. Our price promise does not apply to stock clearance sales, special/promotion offers or liquidations.
